| The Wizard's Spell |
| Wizard Rothbart smiled grimly and turned his gaze on Sarah and Jamie. "And these two meddling fools will make charming...frogs! Akaza!" "Hey, what do you think you're doing?!" yelled Jamie fiercely, but his words faded into a pathetic croak. He looked down at his hand, which was shrinking fast, the skin turning rubbery. He felt damp earth tickling his stomach. "Jamie," came a hoarse voice at his side, a voice he knew must be Sarah's, "that madman's turned us into frogs!" The wizard towered over them. "The charm wears off at midnight. By then it will be too late. My daughter Odile will be betrothed to Prince Siegfried - with the whole court as witnesses. Now hop it!" And with a cackling laugh, he strode off towards the castle. |
