Frank Johnson was born in Liverpool. Aged 8 he moved to Australia, 
            living in Adelaide and Melbourne ("wonderful times"). He later returned 
            to Liverpool on the emigrant ship Stratheden, a dismal crossing, and 
            arrived in England for the winter of '62 ("worst memory of my life"). 
            Went to school in Liverpool, and later graduated in architecture at 
            Oxford Polytechnic. Frank has worked as an architect in London and 
            Barbados, where he is involved in setting up a school for autistic 
            children, and is working on several architectural projects. Met John 
            Park at college, where they edited the architecture student magazine. 
            They have written plays together, Charley From Outside, The Levelling, 
            So Long Dad. Agent - Bill McLean at Bill McLean Personal Management. 
            Frank has two children, Rhiannon and Zachary.
