The Arrival of the District Officer was written, sound designed and produced by Eileen Francis while she was studying for a Media and Communications degree at Goldsmiths' College, University of London.

The Arrival of the District Officer has been broadcast on LBC's Sunday Playhouse programme and was our Internet Play of the Month, available in Real Audio throughout January 1999.
